The course consists of three modules:

1. Production Management – Wrocław University of Science and Technology – 15 hours 
• An introduction to the history of manufacturing and changes in manufacturing management from the beginning of human history to the present day 
• Getting to know the basic terms in the field of production systems management 
• Production planning 
• Differences between the two basic production strategies: pushing and pulling 
• Organising the production system 
• Controlling production stocks
2. Modern Telecommunications and Automation of Production – AGH University of Science and Technology- 15 hours 
• Process design for machining 
• Systems of numerical controlled machining 
• CNC machine programming - process design 
• Industry 4.0 – new approach to automation of production processes 
• Robots in industry 
• Modern rapid prototyping techniques, reverse engineering
3. Fluid Mechanics: Hydraulics and Sedimentary Transport – Centrale Marseille – 15 hours 
Free surface flows: 
• Elements of theory and numerical modeling 
• Application for flows in rivers and canals 
• Transport and deposition of sediments in rivers and coastal areas 
• help the participant recognise and work toward correcting the most noticeable non-native features of their English; 
• give the participant idea of planning, organising, and executing presentations to small and larger groups; 
• give the participant useful tips in anticipating and responding appropriately to their 
audiences’ questions and comments.
• understanding of cultures (including its own culture) and improving the communication with people from other cultures 
• developing a greater sensitivity to cultural and linguistic diversity through engagement with critical concepts such as culture, identity, situation and institution 
• working on the interdisciplinary approach 
• using intercultural communication skills for the practice of the group work
