All participants willing to stay in students dormitory will be accommodated in two-room, two-person modules within easy travelling distance of the university’s main campus. The range of facilities offered varies but most dormitories have areas for study and recreation, cafes, kitchen facilities, laundry facilities, car parks and are safe and friendly environment for you to live and study.
If you don't choose to live in the dormitory your fee will be 150 euro lower.
Dormitory regulations
Check in procedure: After arriving every students has to show his/her passport or ID at the reception desk. Also the deposit of 50 Euro (or 200 PLN) has to be paid in cash. It will be given back on the check-out day on condition the room is left neat and clean. The manager of the dormitory will set the day in the last week of your stay in which cleanness of rooms will be assessed. In case the room is insufficiently cleaned the deposit will cover the cost of cleaning or repairing things if damaged and will not be refunded.
Participant accommodated in the Dormitory has the right to: a) Accommodation for the duration of the School b) Receive a set of bed clothes for the duration of stay c) Access a free Internet connection for personal computer (no Wi-Fi) d) Use of all equipment and premises of dormitory intended for general use e) Free access to the laundry f) Receive in his/her room guests not participating in the School in the hours of 7:30-22:00.
Participant accommodated in the Dormitory is committed to: a) Behave in accordance with social norms and comply with Polish law b) Comply with safety regulations c) Refrain from noise between 22:00 and 6:00 d) return key to the reception desk when each time leaving the dormitory. There is cash penalty for the lost key. e) Lock the windows and turn off all electrical devices when temporarily leaving the dormitory rooms f) Notify the dormitory manager about any noticed damages to furnishing or equipment.
SMOKING IN ROOMS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, THERE ARE SMOKE DETECTORS IN EACH ROOM!
