Recommended places to visit in Wrocław:

The Old Town Hall of Wrocław  – the town hall stands at the center of the city’s Market Square. The Gothic town hall built from the 13th century is one of the main landmarks of the city. The town hall serves the city of Wrocław and is used for civic and cultural events such as concerts held in its Great Hall. In addition, it houses a museum and a basement restaurant.

Ostrów Tumski – one of the most historically part of town, surrounded by the Odra river. It holds magnificent architectural monuments, of which the most significant are gothic cathedral of St. John the Baptist, famous for its stunning stained glass windows and 16th century altarpiece and the church of Holy Cross, a rare two-level church with two separate parishes.

The Japanese Garden – it is one of the most popular places for walks. Apart from a few hundreds of original plants, trees, bushes and flowers, there are also Japanese buildings: the gate and the tea pavilion. One of the attractions of the Garden is a pond with enormous carps and other species of fish. The Garden often hosts events like tea perking, concerts and open-air happenings.

Hydropolis – Interactive Museum of Water – one of the most unusual museum in this part of Poland, showing the mysteries of water. It is a possibility to learn more about the substance, without which there is no life on the Earth.

Wrocław ZOO has more than 150 year old history, making it the oldest in the country. It is also the most famous one thanks to the TV show “With a camera among animals”. The zoo has the most  animal species (as many as 1100), ranging from the tiniest ones like the cockroaches to the largest ones like the elephants.

The National Forum of Music was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates Architecture Studio, selected through an international architectural contest in 2005. The author of the project, the late Stefan Kuryłowicz, held a doctorate in the field of concert hall architecture. Along with his colleagues, he designed the form of the grand edifice with six floors and three underground levels. The National Forum of Music is one of Europe's biggest concert hall centers, including a recording studio, conference and office space, a library, rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, cloak rooms, cafés, and bookstores for music lovers.

The Racławice Panorama – an impressive relic of 19th-century century mass culture, is one of only few examples of this genre preserved in Europe. The large painting (15x114m) 'transfers' the viewer into an altogether different time, a reality of its own, by artfully combining painterly devices and technical effects. Panorama of the Battle of Racławice is the oldest and only extant example of panorama painting in Poland.
